The Confluence Institute and Aikido in the Schools together with New York City's Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH), will provide workshops as part of the New Judge Training for Administrative Law Judges. 

Aikido principles and techniques are introduced and practiced to facilitate stress management, collaborative conflict resolution, and peak performance in optimizing efficiency, work flow, and team morale.
