Building on last year’s introduction to Ai-Qi Gong, we will continue our practice through connection at the intersection of the Mt. Emee stylet of Qi Qong together with the Aiki-Tao of Endo Seishiro Shihan.

As we are accessing deep, collaborative states of presence in the “now”, no prior experience is necessary, and all are most welcome. This workshop is highly interactive and engaging, so come in loose comfortable clothing, prepared to see and be seen within a container of playful curiosity.
